Vinous nose with some coffee. Full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly and phenolic, vinous and viscous. Somehow the flavours seem like they are contained in a plastic bag and does not full come out. A full sized beer with lots of things going on, but I don’t understand them all. yespr (12443), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Grape fruity and mild wooden aroma. Smooth fruity and very inviting. Smooth fruity and slight alcoholic initial impression. The fruity flavours smoothly linger into the back of the tongue providing a smooth vanilla and mild chocolate. Dominant fruity finish with a mild alcohol warmth. Average rocky off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Dark mahogany best describe the color. Aroma was explosive and very complex with notes of oak, vanilla, vinous, plums, raisins, candy sugar, berries, fruit, and spice. Over the palate came strong malty base of caramel, toasted malt. Mild hops could also be detected. Very full bodied with an average carbonation and thick mild alcoholic dry texture. Heavy sweet flavor well balanced with some bitterness. Lingering dried fruity and mild floral finish. Excellent brew and a very unique and different experience. MiP (9162), Sønderborg, Denmark

Black, thin tight head. Sharp aroma. Soft palate which tingles over time. Sherbetty and sweet. Great retronasal experience, but I can’t put words to it. Some coffee. A touch of alcohol in the vapours, but not in the taste. Storming beer. charlotte (2036), Vanløse, Denmark
