Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Hazy amber color with thick off-white head. Aroma of malt, light smokiness, notes of fruit. Taste starts malty, fruity, than smoked bacon, sausages arrives. Nice long smoky finish. Tasty.

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, smoke, bacon and floral. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

330ml bottle. Pours dark orange gold with a medium, frothy head. Aroma is root beer, smoked ham and banana. Taste is sweet, with banana yeast and ham. Artificial banana aftertaste. Bottled Jan 18th ’13.

It pours reddish with white foam head. Smoky nose is evident. It smells Weyermann smoked malt. Mouth is awful, very acid. The maltser probably added a lot of sulfite dioxyde during the process that decreased the pH of the malt thus pH of the beer too. But it could also be a contamination... and it smells vinegar actually ... I agree with Omphper and Birri: this batch has been spoiled by acetobacter! the one I am drinking has been bottled in September 2012. Be careful! Tonight, I am not lucky. Argh. Please give me a beer ! ? I will dring a Punk to wash my tongue. NO Cheers !

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy nice smoked aroma. Moderate biter flavor. Relaxed smoked notes. Average moderate bitter finsh. Oily palate. OK smoked.

0,3 liter fles @home. Dit was toch een goeie van de molen. smaak goed schuim goed.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a nice off-white head, good lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is light caramel, smoky and some malty. Flavor has slightly smoked meat notes, caramel and mellow hints. Slightly caramel and smoky notes in the final.

BBF 12 realy german kinda thing. smoked beer.. what can i sday? this taste and semells like smoke, how could i like this ? :s

Fijn bier, rokerig, ham. Best een vreemde smaakervaring in het begin, maar een fijn biertje om zo eens te drinken.
