Copenhagen. Cloudy red brown beer. Soft frothy palate. Slightly sour. Generic fruits. Dry frothy finish. Tastes like it was used in the Cuvee.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours a hazy straw with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma is full of bubblegum and spiced notes. Cloves and herbal notes come through in the taste with an overriding bubblegum essence. Not bad, definitely a quaffer

25.4 oz bottle. Murky brown with a lovely crema cap. Nose is raisin, dates, brown sugar and yeast. Chewy, substantial body with a zippy tang. Taste is caramel apple, nutmeg and raisin. Good for the style.

yngwie (13617) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 6, 2010
Bottle, 75cl corked. Itís more or less clear in the class, copper-colored and topped by a finger-thick, dense, beige head. Itís meaty and malty on the nose, with clear indications that a sweet flavor is to expect. Some dried fruits and caramel too. Itís full-bodied and sweetish on the palate, and with caramel sweetness and dried fruits in the flavor, both initially and in the end. A nice doppelbock, although it differs a bit from the German tradition, tasteful and pleasant to drink. Wouldnít mind to have it again some day. 100611
