Bottle shared my yesper at Papsø tasting, thanks. It pours a hazy golden with a white head. It has a fresh and hoppy aroma with notes of peach, citrus and pine. Flavour is very bitter with loads of peach, pine, grass and citrus. Its very foamy with a bitter end.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thinn fluffy off-white head. The aroma is roasted maltx, caramel and some hops hints. The flavor is sweet malt, caramel and bitter. Mouthfeel is long sweet bitter.. very good one!

In bottle. A gusher. Pours a cloudy dark golden colour with a large yellowish head. Aroma of pine, pineapple, caramel and yeast. Similar flavours with a foamy mouth-feel. A little coffee finish. Very nice.

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, huge creamy off-white head, stable or very stable; solid piney-hoppy nose with a touch of juniper, distinctive caramel in the background; solid bitter-sweet flavour, dry, medium to full bodied; grapefruity notes in the solid bitter-caramelly finish. Very complex, very good.......

Frisch hopfiger Antrunk, der erst zutage kommt, wenn man die Kohlensäure herausschüttelt. Die Hopfennoten sind dunkel und intensiv hefig, Zitrusnoten, mild aber spitz bitter. Ausgewogen und harmonisch, mit der Zeit steigt der Hopfenanteil, in dem Bier, das wirklich einzig auf die Hopfenaromen ausgerichtet ist. Wenig holzig, zum Ende wird der Hopfen süßlich, hintergründig ist das Bier nun breiter gefächert und so würziger und abwechslungsreicher. Harmonischer Bier für den Hopfenliebhaber. 9/12/13/13/12/12

(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, orange-amber colour with a huge and slightly off-white foamy head. Intensively fruity, piney and spicy hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit, oranges, pineapples and juniper/gin, backed by a hearty and mildly sweet malt-character. Sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Initially very fruity hoppy and rounded malty taste with orange zests and rising piney and herbal spicy notes, reminding me of juniper-berries and laurel; mildly bitter and sweet malty finish with very long lasting and assertive aftertaste. Very complex and tasty IIPA. 18.V.11

Massor av skum som sprutar ur flaskan. Mycket stickig kolsyra. Annars stor C-humle doft och bra balans på malten. En stabil D-IPA.

Very high carbonation! Pours light murky orange-amber with a giant, frothy, off-white head. Nice aroma with good fruit. Grapefruit, peach, light winegum, mildly vinious, sweet fat doughy malts. High spritzy carbonation, creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet hops resins, grapefruit, pine, apricot. Fairly warming vinious. Rather mild in bitterness actually. Okay, but "Sorachi" is again a bit lost on me.

Continuous gushing stream of off-white foam over overcarbonated dirty amber beer with a mossy sheen. Yeast all in suspension. Aromatic C-hops, jumping out of the bottle a mile around; lunaria, grapefruit, green sultanas and superb hops’ aroma; dry hopbales in Hessian sacks. Sharp, lively malts with green, fresh C-hops, citrus, grapefruit, lytchee & mint. Not balanced, but excellent flavour to my taste. Suggestion at malt sweetness backthroat. Medium bodied, overcarbonated, head drying out faster than turning into beer. I love the beer, but... the bottle conditioning is utterly out of control. Lost nearly a third of the bottle.
