Bottle. Poured clear amber hue with an average frothy white head that Mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy aroma of earthy floral hop. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Well balanced bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid brew.

330 mml bottle at home 14/01/2014. The aroma is very intensive with sweet fruit notes and hops. Nice head and low carbonation. The dark orange colour is nice. Decent beer

Aroma: Honey and Lemon, slightly floral and herby. Appearance: Red-amber, slight haze, no head. Taste: Sour, cereal, bitter, slightly astringent/metallic. Palate: Thin, light-bodied, medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. To the classic bitter, this is a backhanded compliment.

Pours a hazy orange/golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, hops. Medium bitterness and a little sourness. Quite hoppy/citrussy for an English Bitter. Nothing stellar, just a nice refreshing beer.

KLTZK (55) - Alkmaar, NETHERLANDS - NOV 5, 2013
Bottled on 12-6-2013 (EU) 33 cl. Pours a small white creamy head. Hazy amber and a bit orange color. Floral hoppy aroma with also malts noticable. Equally floral and hoppy taste, but a bit lacking on the bitterness. Some hints of vanilla and grass. Watery texture, medium carbonation. Decent.

Bottle. Spritzy, fresh fruit aroma (peaches and pineapple), with some ester notes. Orange-amber color. Sourish, fruity (even perfumey), overripe pears and peaches. Finish is somewhat dry. Thin-medium body. Same recipe (or same ingredients) as Amerikaans, but the hops are reversed (Amarillo for bittering and sladek for dry-hopping). Not as full-bodied as Amerikaans but more refreshing.

Theydon_Bois (12744) - Tourist Town (West), Berkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 14, 2013
Bottle from the De Molen shop on the 17.56 Brussels - St Pancras, post Borefts, 29/09/13. Hazed amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is caramel, grass, orange, light soap, toasted malts. Taste comprises bitter orange, lemon rind, grass, hint of caramel, soapy, citric fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with light bitter tones. So so bitter, not really true to style - too much citrus fruit and the soapy tones detracted from my enjoyment of this one.
