Very intesting style, falls between a saison and a pale ale. Fruity/belgian-style aromas but lighter than a belgian white

Clear light yellow with a fizzy white head and a clean crisp citrus and grain aroma and taste.

33 cl. bottle. Batch 695. Pours a large, fluffy, white head, which rapidly collapses. with a bit of lacing, over a hazy, yeast laden, yellow (SRM 3) body....nose is very light apple. with biscuit, grass, grain.....taste is dry with light grain, finishing bitter....mouth feel is light, carbonation exuberant. A light, dry, lightly bitter beer, that is not particularly interesting. The heavy yeast throw made for an unattractive bottle and beer. BJCP 6/2/12/4/6

Pours out golden, light orange coloured. A small head, should hold some longer. Decent smell of hops, citrus, lemon and oranges. The taste is earthy-hoppy, with light sour fruits thats gets up. Good biterness.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2011 Bottle from condo vino. Pours a bright yellow with a bi, cratered foamy head. Crisp herbal, lemongrass. Prickly. Also some soap and perfume. Rustic lemony, grassy Maison like essence. Crisp, dry, refreshing. Great.

The beer pours a straw color with a large, fluffy white head. The aroma is heavy on the flowers and biscuit malt. The flavor is very similar with a few additions. The dominant flavors are biscuit malt and floral hops, but I also get a little bit of grassyness from the hops. As I continue to drink the beer, the flavor gets a little bit medicinal. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Poured from 11.2oz bottle, cloudy and yeast, little lacing head, aroma is doughy, floral, not really "bitter", but sessionable at 4.4%. Not bad.
