3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 phredrik (707) - Aalborg, DENMARK - OCT 23, 2010
Bright golden orange pour with a nice big pillowy head. Aroma has hops, orange, tangerine, maybe lime, basic malt foundation, some spicy yeasty notes. Taste is light bodied, some hops, orange and tangerines, small malt body, medium bitterness. Really solid brew at 4,5%! Nice one Menno, good to see that you rock in much more than crazy impys.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Jaksmart (354) - Aalborg, DENMARK - OCT 23, 2010
Bottle. Hazy light amber pour, small white head. Aroma is fairly hoppy, with a sweet malty base, resemblant of sugar and some orange. Lots of yeasty characteristics as well, giving it a slightly flowery air. Taste is very fresh with orange as well. Fairly bitter with some yeasty sweetness as well. It is impressive, how the taste remains full and rich, despite the low alcohol, and the fact that this bottle is a year overdue...

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Ernest (5116) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 15, 2010
Bottle.
Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (resin, grapefruit/lemon), lightly yeasty (cobwebs).
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly astringent.
Pretty dull, watery, and thin, but I admire the effort. We need more beers like Taras Boulba and Dupont Avril.
2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 bleeng (1085) - Huntsville nowhere near Beersel, Alabama, USA - OCT 13, 2010
Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose is very light wheaty with a slight hop aroma. Taste is slightly stale wheat with a light hop profile. An odd mix. Body is thin and the flavors disappear rapidly. Drinkable but not memorable.
