330 ml bottle at home. Black color with brown head. Aroma is roasted malty, sweet whiskey, light chocolate and vanilla, slightly fruity. Taste begins sweet, smoked whiskey is the dominant flavor, some chocolate. It’s long finish is smoked, bitter and alcoholic like dark chocolate + alcohol + dried fruits + smoke. Medium to full body, almost creamy but with a lot of carbonation.

This is pure brew art. Black beer with a deliciously rich taste of roughly roasted coffee, dark cacao and smokey whisky. Long evolving aftertaste. Very good, a beer to write a song about.

Stark malziger Antrunk, rund, etwas alkoholisch. Mild röstig, nussig, zum Ende alkoholischer werdend. Zum Ende leichte Whiskeynoten. Gut! 11/11/8/12//11/12

Bottle... Pitch black pour with a small, creamy, well-tanned head. Decent retention. The bouquet is a rich melange of chocolate, pouch tobacco and whiskey. Full-bodied with a thick mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is a boozy-hot intermingling of black mocha and fudge, followed by lingering, boozy warmth. Bottle courtesy of ctipping!

God kraftig imperial stout. Fadlagringen træder særdeles tydeligt igennem og står meget flot i glasset.

Negrísima, puro petróleo con una espuma color café que no termina por desaparecer y que va manchando la copa. Aromas a cacao y vainilla. Presencia del olor barrica, pero muy ligeramente. También un fondo ácido, como a manzana. Buen cuerpo y carbonatación media. Cremosa, ligeramente espesa y oleosa. Entra suave , hace presencia de nuevo el chocolate, algo de whisky pero muy fino y el alcohol casi ni se nota. Muy bien compensada, de las mejores ańejadas de De Molen que recuerdo. Embotellada en febrero del 2012.
