Bottle, 75cl corked. A nice, dense, two-finger light beige head forms over a glowing amber body. Sweetish, malty nose with some hoppy scents. Rather boring I think. The flavor is lightly herbal, but mostly it’s sweet and fruity. Alcohol and pine notes. Full body, quite effervescent. Lasting finish. A quite nice one, but it’s a bit messy. 130216

MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty fruity start, sugary, very bitter, almost medicinal, citrus, more sugar, alcohol. Aftertaste: bitter, hints of citrus and grapefruit, malts, bit of honey, alcohol warming the throat.

Almond/pecan pour with a small eggshell pour. Caramel, toffee, spicy grapefruit, pepper, biscuit, honey and some raisin. The descriptive words do this justice. Doesn’t meld extremely well...individual flavors are better than the sum of its parts. Meh.
