Bottle. Black. I really liked this one. Loads of flavours, but in a very soft nice manner. Intensive too, but soft. Coffee, dry chocolate, some milky stuff. Smooth, balanced body. Great stuff.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Pitch black in color with a small tan head. Coffee, old leather and cocoa powder in aroma. Slightly raw coffee notes, feels even a bit greenish at first. Gets a bit smoother the end though. More coffee steps towards the finish, slightly vinous notes even. After that more sweetish cocoa notes appears again. Quite nice.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20
One heck of a brew. Pouring out a deep silky black with a thin few bubbles thick layer of tan head. The nose is sultry and smooth with heavy woody and earthen notes, big roasted malts, booze and chocolate. Sweet and rich like a dessert with the cognac adding tons of boozy smoke and earthy notes. The palate is a bit light and watery but this is one hell of a brew.

Pure art. Starts of with an overwhelming warm taste of vanilla and roasted coffee. After that, you get an ever evolving aftertaste with moccha, wood and dark chocolate.

Courtesy of Douglas. Thanks!
A: Thick, lightless black, nice cappucinno head, nice legs.
N: Lots of mocha, cocoa, cherry, cognac, brown sugar, and some oak. Very sweet.
T: Bitter like coffee, moderate sweetness. Leans toward the former, but leans towards the former.
M: Thick, has a powdery bitterness of sorts.
O: Delicious. Far smoother and more enjoyable than the ’original’.
