330 ml bottle at home - pours deep dark brown with only some foamy film over the beer. Low carbo overall. Rather bland bourbon aromas, a bit smoked, leather. vanilla and cacao. Veru smooth silk soft mouthfeel, just a hint of alcohol. Very balanced, nice roasty and malty aromas. Bitter finish, yet gentle. Tastes better than it smells, overall a decent beer.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2013 Bottle. Black with tan top. Oaky, vanilla, nose. Some chocolate, a bit of sweetness. Full bodiedd, sweetness with balanced bitters. Strong bourbony flavour, almost like strong porter with a shot mixed in. Gets to be a bit too much sweet boozy bourbon.

Black opaque color. No carbonization, No foam.
The smell is first roasted, then the really nice barrel taste.
taste: first you taste alcohol, then the malt, sugar, round taste in mouth. I notice a real light bitterness at the end
palate: body is full, texture is fat, you feel it going everywhere. Nice sensation.
