Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of chilis, roasted malt, and other spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. A bit too much chili for my liking.

oh6gdx (18575) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 9, 2011
Draught@CPH BF 2011. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is chili, some fruits, roasted malts and mild chocolate as well. Flavour is pretty similar. Not that complex in a way, but yet very nicely balanced. The chili leaves a slight burning note for quite a while, but is still not ruining the palate.

omhper (17458) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 6, 2011
Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Nearly black, small head. Peppery chocolate aroma. Mid sweet with dense mouthfeel. While the trademark de Molen imperial stout base beer is a nice one, the blend with chilis is a lopsided one. The chilis takes over and dances on the stout, leaves a burning sensation that kills everything else.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2011 Draught, KØ11. Mild coffee aroma. Distinct chili flavour to start off... And to finish. The chili flavour/burn is good, but a bit strong. 5 3 5 3 11

Borefts 2011. Mild roasted aroma. Black colour. Almost no head. Very hot chili flavour - too hot for me, but the taste is good. There seems to be a sweetish, roasted beer in there as well, but it is hard to taste because of the chili. Long, hot chili aftertaste. Rather undrinkable. 6 3 5 3 10
