75cl bottle, corked. Bottled Oct 2012. Pours a vibrant dark orange, totally clear, still, no head. Smell - brett, apple cider vinegar. Body is medium, smooth, very little carbonation. Taste - mild, sour cider, watery, syrup, subtle caramel. Basic sour beer, decent enough.

Very bretty and thus lively beer, wouldn’t stop dripping out of the bottle. Strong sour and tardy taste. Notes of wood and horse blanket. Great.

Appearance: Cloudy orange golden color with a big non existing orange head that leaves no lacing.
Aroma: Sour fruity. Mild brett. Some citiric notes.
Palate: Medium body. Sour and a balanced bitterness. Flat to soft carbonation.
Taste: Mild brett, mild citric notes and fruity.
Overall impression: Tasty, but could have had some carbonation.

tap @ novare, portland. hazy dark golden with a nice off-white head, some retention and lacing. fruity and spicy caramel, bretts, touch of minerals and flowers, earthiness, hint of wood. average carbonation, light acidity, light body - oily, nice grassy-spicy finish. more than decent but nothing spectacular.

75 cl bottle on my own . brewed 1-07-2010, bottled 1-03-2011 pours very clear , light orange , small white foam ( big bubbles ) smell is pretty.. lambic-ish ? weird. i didn’t expect a sour ale, according to the n,ame i thought of it as a hoppy, BA beer... :p very floral, but reminding of an actual geuze. not the same thing though, but still... good carbo. very , very flowery . . bit applesourness. good one, but extremely diffrent as expected. a pleasant surprise !

Helt flat. Inte det minsta pys vid öppnande. Doftar härligt funkigt. Typisk brett i smak men samtidigt lättdrucken och nästan läskande. Lite citrus och sötma. Oklart om det är meningen att den ska vara flat.

Draught (Ölrepubliken, Göteborg) - Hazy amber in colour. Apricot and peach in the aroma. Salty and hoppy taste with notes of lemon, peach and salty apricot standing out. Interesting, but not my cup of tea really.

Had a 75cl bottle tonight, bought today @ de molen. I think the beer was off.. Smelled and tastes sourish, but i guess that’s the brett. The beer itself was completely dead though, no carbo and no yeast and it had a brownish, cloudy colour. Almost like it was the last bottle of the barrel or something. Not a good experience.
