[3/4/11] Draught at ACBF 2011. Clear golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of floral hops. Flavor has some sourish brett and a bitter citric finish. Medium-bodied. Nice. 7/4/7/3/14=3.5

(draught) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of passion fruit and white chocolate, with light notes of straw, white wine and cardboard. flavour is slightly perfumed, with lots of grapes, floral hops and a dry, bitter finish. light to medium-bodied, nicely balanced and quaffable, with soft carbonation.

Tap at ACBF 2011. Clear golden pour, very solid white head. Aroma of brett and some butter. Flavor is slightly earthy hops, slightly bitter. Well balanced.

Draught @ ACBF 2011. Light golden coloured. Unclear. Off white head. Aroma of light grape, sweetness, vague sourness and some grass. Flavour of fruits, sweetness and grape. Brett notable. Medium bodied. Grassy bitter dry end.

From tap at ACBF2011. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, slight wineous. Slight brett and smooth fruity, slight aectic and wooden. Ends dry and lingering brett funky, yet with a fresh fruity touch.

Draught No head, totally clear, cognac-coloured beer. Bretts²: floormop, horseblanket, mouldy lemon - the whole shebang. And yet attractive. Light grapey, hints of citrus, surprisingly light and delicate flavour. Dry, maybe medium bodied, syruplike slickness, if without any trace of stickiness. Very original and likeable.
