Draft @ Borefts 2012. Dark amber orange with a lambic head. Smell is sweet citrus lambic stuff with a lemony tang. Taste is rather comparable to a simple, mellow tad sweeter lambic, light wood, lemons, stale water, brett, light touch of hops. Flat - like a simple easy lambic - enjoyable stuff.

On tap at ACBF 2011. Golden in the glass, small but nice head. Starts hoppy-dry, quite bitter, modest sourish background. Finish mild, well balanced, still modest sourish with some lemon notes. Really nice!

Bottled. The aroma has brett, flowery hops, some fruit. Slightly hazy, copper coloured beer with a lasting, white head. The taste is very light sour and tart with some evolving bitterness. The brett is clearly prersent, but subtle and balanced. Nice one.
