330ml bottle shared with Randi at Håndverkerstuene. Unclear golden body, filmy layer atop. Sweet malty smell alongside sweet fruity hops. Combination of sweet and tart fruits to the taste buds. Dry bitter endnotes. Alright with the food (Oslo, 16.03.2012).

Bottle @ Håndtverkerstuene, shared with tfredvik. Pours a hazy amber body with a small white head. Nose is saison yeast, light candy sugars, hints of herbs and hard-to-pinpoint citric fruits. Taste is peppery notes, red apples, roots, caramel, hints of earth and grass. A quite nice saison, which still doesn’t blow my top off in any way.

Bottle at home. Pours clear lambert with a small white head. Funky, earthy, hoppy aroma. Caramel/toffee taste, more body then a classic saison. Quite a long bitter aftertaste aswell.

Medium amber, slightly hazy body with a small white head. Lovely sweet fruity aroma with ripe grapefruit and a sweet thing that might be light candi sugar. The taste is light acidic and light sweet, and a light bitter finish. Very spicy flavours, fruits and unfortunately a faint hint of rotting leaves. Feels dry and quite refreshing, medium carbonated. A good saison, but not the best.

Aroma of pine, citrus and a bit if wheat.
Taste is fresh and slight bitter.
Average body, with a lively carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy dark golden with a persistent head. Fruity and grassy hop nose. Nice hoppy punch with hints of tart fruit. A saison that kicks.

Bottle in train, Belgium - Going from ACBF 2012. Clear golden/amber - white head. Grapes. Nice hoppy. Fruity. Roasted. Medium hoppy. Spicy notes. Light peppery. Zesty notes. High fruity hoppy. Light caramel notes. Very nice.
