Pours cloudy orange. Aroma of light barnyard hops and some funky malt. Taste is bitter and a little boozy. Medium carbonation. Pretty good for style. Bottle at volos.

Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent fully lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Fruity esters and nice pepper notes. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle. Huge creamy head with excellent duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, pepper, malt and notes of caramel. Excellent saison.

Dark amber colour, small white head. Aroma has a lot of hops, hops and hops. Citrus, hops, bitters. Aslo in the taste bitter, full, bitter finish, fresh and nice but more an IPA than a saison.

Aroma: Some sour notes, and melted butter!
Appearance: A hazy straw colored beer. A white head with some lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Ok, here the butter really takes over, this can’t be good, well it was only part of a sample tray.
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a sticky and soft texture. A small body with a not dry finish.
Overall: If this is intentional it is not for me, and not a saison!

Bottle brought back from the source by my brother on a recent trip. Pours a true copper, lots of bubbles and a pile of pure white head. Dies down to a layer that clings to the glass walls as well. Has a fair amount of floating sediment. Smells fruity, hop-like and Belgian yeast. Tastes bitter, fruit, alcohol bite. Good stuff. After a few pulls the lacing really shows up.

Bottle from Post Office Vaults; pours clear light brown, citrus and spicy aroma, spicy, banana, cloves in the taste not much of the hop coming through that was present in the aroma.
