Bottle 330ml. @ Tasting by Benzai.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light caramel, moderate hoppy, moderate to light heavy yeasty, fruity, bubblegum notes, light wood, pepper notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, fruity, fresh wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120304]

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Dry hoppy, light spiced and mild phenolic. Toasted caramelish malty, sweet, vague liqourice and mild phenolic. Bitter and dry malty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with a light yeastiness. Medium body, quite fruity with a slightly spicy edge, a little caramel. Mouthfeel is a little tired. Has a metallic edge. Ends dry. 030812

Bottle in a train in Belgium. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles with notes of citrus. Fruity flavour of hops and pine needles with notes of citrus. Dry hoppy finish.

Draught at Monk’s Cafe Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear deep amber, faint head. Fruity nose with phenols, butter and citrus. Fairly sweet with medium-full body. Coriander dust and minerals as well as glue and marzipan. Chalky finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bitter finish.

Bottle, 7.5%. Teaish and caramelly hop aroma. Hazy amber colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour is has a spicy hop note with some caramelly malt and a bit of alcohol. Does not taste 7.5% to me. Seems sweet to begin with, but turns out not to be. High carbonation.

Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Pours ruby copper with a small creamy white head. Yeast, marmelade, ctrus. Dry and bitter. Medium bodied. Fine.

Hazy amber color, with generous creamy head. Interesting aroma, there is some sugar, some yeast, spices, coriander, light fruits, some sweat; it has character. The flavor is dry, very yeasty, that would be ok, but there is also a strong vegetable presence; quite astringent too; maybe some light fruitiness.
Harsh, with a lot of Belgian character; interesting, for nervous evenings.

Bottle. Huge creamy head with excellent duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, pepper, malt and notes of caramel. Excellent saison.
