Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 25, 2008 Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear orangey beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and spicy (from being dry hopped with Amarillo), but also with notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of Amarillo hops and cloves, leading to a dry bitter finish. I like the idea of fermenting a wheat bock really warm - and then dry hopping it with Amarillo - now that is a fusion of styles - keep up the good work. joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 21, 2008 Bottle at Århus Ølfestival.
Hazy amber coloured with a small white head.
Fruity aroma of yeast, spices and hops.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops, yeast, pine needles and grape fruits.
Hoppy finish. yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 28, 2008 Århus2008. 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild wheaty with a light hops note.
