Dry hops, Cascade,Chinook and Galena. Red-brown beer with a creamy beige foam. Complex nose, nutmeg, exotic woods, spices, flowers and nice hops are there to make your nose go crazy. Taste is medium dry with cognac accents. There is a bitterish touch of bitter nutpeel, cardamom, wood and a touch of honey to give it a mildish flair and for sure a grat dosis of citrussy hops.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, murky amber coloured hue with many ugly yeast-flakes and a light-beige medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and bready cara-malty aroma with subtle fruity and slightly ethereally herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready malt-character with notes of caramel, brioche, subtle fruity notes and herbal accents; sweet malty and moderately bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Not particularly exciting. 08.XII.10

Reddish brown colour, no head at all. Loads of yeast when poured. Floral hops and spices on the nose. Fair amount of hops on the taste. Medium bodied with a yeasty mouthfeel. Reminds me of De Molen Amarillo, and I consider this as a light version of it.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy amber, no head, no carbonaton at all. Sweaty doughy nose with floral hops atop. Chewy, doughy malt builds a solid, rounded body. There’s viola, hay and melon with growing juicy bitterness. Nice hop flavour and well developed malt character but the complete lack of carbonation makes it seem a bit off.

( 33cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours murky yellow with light ring of head. Nose of bread, toffee, caramel, and delicious sweetness. Taste of earth, light bitterness, light alcohol, and white sugar. Finishes clean and crisp. Not what I expected from an IPA, if they were all like this I think I’d like them more.
