Unclear medium to dark orange red colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, moderate cherries, wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity sweet and sour, yeasty, fruity - berry, light cherry tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110515]

11/08/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Rossa color ciliegia, in tutto simile a una kriek, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianco-rossastra, abbondante e persistente. Classico naso da kriek, intenso ma armonioso, sentori di ciliegia e lieviti selvatici, note legnose. In bocca è morbidissima, forse un po’ evanescente, dolciastra, quindi acida, note di ciliegia, uva, frutta, finale lievemente zuccheroso. Manca un po’ di corpo e risulta leggermente acquosa, ma per la gradazione bassa che ha va bene. Ottima come aperitivo.
