330ml bottle. Pours jet black with thin dark head. Aroma is quite alcoholic, plums, dried fruit and malts. Amazing taste. So smooth. Fermented fruits, lots of alcohol but in a nice way. Great malts with a bitter coffee finish

330 ml bottle. Pours deep brown with a purple hue and a tiny light brown head. Very nice bourbon aroma (guess is Wild Turkey) , vanilla, oak, coffee. Flat body with nice roasted sugars. Fruity chocolate flavours.

Bottle with thanks to Ben! Pours opaque black with a small brown head that dissipates quickly to a ring of foam with decent lacing. Aroma is a bit tart and woody, roasted malts, smoke, cocoa, vanilla. Flavor is light tart, lightly smokey, woody, chocolate, not really bourbon per se. Light sweet, medium bitter, some astringence. Finishing lightly tart and lingering bitter. Full body, creamy mouthfeel, fairly hot with heat lingering long into the far finish. Kinda flat. Nice effort; not sure if the tartness is an infection or brewer intent, but it is pleasant enough either way.

Bottle 33cl, a dark beer with low head. Nose is intense and complex on dark chocolate, round caramel, vanilla, wood, leather, prune, vinous on the red side, spicy, excellent.
Aroma is amazing, sweet creamy it starts with a round and buttery caramel goes through vanilla to reach a spicy and dark chocolate zone. Then prune and grapes notes arrives, wood again with light soy sauce, vinous dry pinot noir hints, creamy / oily body. Finish is again nice on wood and light peated touch, extremely well done beer, complex and easy drinking !

Bottle. Pours deep dark brown with not much of a head. Aroma is bourbon, soy sauce, licorice and chocolate. Big nose! Taste is moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Lovely balance and very smooth. Not too much bourbon, very pleasant. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Great beer.

33cl. Bottle. Pours black with tiny tan head. Aroma coffee, chocolate, vanilla, nuts, roasted malts, caramel, wood, smoke. Taste creamy vanilla sweet, mild coffee biter, warming finish. Mouth-feel creamy, oily. Awesome imperial stout, I don’t get the smoke that much, but the rest is totally awesome!
