Hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of hop, some apple and blossom, ginger, citrus. Sweet taste, only slightly bitter. Sticky palate. Decent microbrew.

Blonde and slightly hazy. Ginger is dominating the aroma with a touch of hops underneath. Hoppy flavor, again dominated (but in a lesser way) by ginger. Thin. I don’t like ginger, but this beer has a decent balance and is fairly well made.

Bottled. Strong artificial citrus aroma mixed with plastic. Hazy, yellow color, white irregular head. Has enough head but not looking nice. Light sweet, citrus and bitter but also again plastic and strange spices (ginger?), pretty citric sour and very watery. Unbelievable ugly 25cl bottle by the way.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2005 fresh soft beer with a ginger taste (like root beer). too watery for my likings. finish is abrupt and a bit sour. good carbonation. nice white head.
