Hazy golden, foamy white head. Aroma-hopped nose and taste with big citrus fruitiness and refreshing bitterness, quite malty as well. Bit oily mouthfeel, low carbonated, firm bodied with a lasting aftertaste. IPA-like.

Bosskie (566) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 29, 2014
Opaque light copper colour beer with a week head. Grapefruit smell, resin, lemon peel and subtle saltiness. Maybe even some hints of wood. Delicious balance of wateriness and bitterness. The start is bitter with lots of dry herbs, resin and flowers, and gradually waters down into a dry refreshing finish.

Bottle. Moderate bread, roasted and caramel for the malt, pine and orange for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with date and faint brown sugar. Head is erupting out of the bottle huge, fizzy turning rocky with dark chunks floating, off-white with good lacing and is fully lasting. Color is muddy orange-y tan, with a few crumbs on the bottom. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily with a lively carbonation. Aside from exploding on the table, this IPA is well balanced with earthy overtones.

Pours an orange slightly unclear beer with a good white bubbling head. Smells very nice, fruity, gum/candy. Tastes fruity, grapefruit and bit watery with a bitter tasteless finish. Average carbo, thin body and a watery dry texture.

Bottle at Klooster, Delft. Pours clouy almost amber. Aroma is floral, malty, some citrus, pine and caramel. Taste is light to moderate bitter and moderate sweet. Nice sessionable IPA, not so bitter but a well rounded beer. Medium bodied.

A pretty traditional European IPA. Really malty up front, with a weird medicine-hop aftertaste. Poured a HUGE white foamy head with a Golden-amber in color ale with slight haziness. Bits of yeast chunked at the bottom of my tulip.
