Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Pours clear red amber with a large, fizzy off-white head that settles as a 2mm frothy head. Aroma has nice toffee-caramel, light lactic, fruity, light strawberry, funky, soft red apple vinegar. Medium frothy carbonation, quite dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is qutie elegant, caramel, very tart, nice lactic. Perhaps a tad too much vinegar, but it still maintains some balance. Apples, funky, light citric. A nice sour.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2013 Yep. A nice one. Pours a brown/red/orange beer, sparkling and hazy liquid with a minimal white head. The aroma of sour ale is always hard for me to detect. I think apples? The taste was nice. Heavy sourness and light bitter. The palate is pretty standard. Light body, thin and watery texture and a lively carbo. Great!
