(bottle, 33cl, 7.5% abv) Slightly hazy, copper to deep amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Slightly sugary sweet malty and distinctively fruity aroma with notes of candied berries, strawberries and peaches, accompanied by shades of caramel in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty and fruity taste with present herbal and slightly woody hops; dry-ish bitter hoppy and quite lasting finish with fruity spots. Really nice. 25.XII.11

Bottled. The aroma has citric hops, caramel, toffee malts, light toasted, oranges, hint of spice (cinnamon or something alike). Hazy, orange-brown coloured beer with an off-white, creamy and rocky, big head. The taste is light-moderate bitter initially and has caramel malty sweetness. The finish is more citric hopbitter. Medium bodied. Good.

Red, amber colored brew. Aroma has fruits, berries, English malts, nuts, some sweetness. Flavor is medium bitter, decent maltbase, some caramel sweetness, fruits and a moderate hoppy aftertaste. Enjoyable brew

Bottle. Reddy orange with foamy white head. A fruity beer with a clear alcohol presence. Berries and bubblegum with a bitter finish. It’s not really very well balanced. The flavours are cobbled together.

Aroma is a bit unpleasant with berries, some gooseberry bush and nettles. Flavour has gooseberry bush, nettles and berries. Weird and not good.

Pours murky brown color with large foamy head. Aroma of goose berry, nettle, herbs, malts and some fruity notes. Flavour of goose berries, malts, fruits and some grass. Not good at all.

Pours an amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet berries, herbs and some grass. Flavour of sweet berries, sweet malts, herbs and quite bitter, grassy hops. Medium bodied, harsh mouthfeel and decent carbonation. Overall a harsh brew and quite homebrewish as well.

330ml bottle

Pours reddish orange with a medium foamy white head. Aroma has notes of berries, earthy notes, malts and gooseberry. Taste of berries, malts and caramel. Finish is quite bitter with some fruity notes. A bit unbalanced, berries dominate the taste a bit too much.

Bottle, Dark amber, XL offwhite head. Aroma of wood, eaisin, caramel. A taste of honey, fruit, and caramel. Good lasting finish.

from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark brown beer with a huge foamy beige foam; flowery, honey and slightly dusty aroma; velvety palate and quite full-bodied, some sweetness and a moderate bitterness; earthy and flowery, malty finish
