Orange amber coloured beer. A very big head that holds nice. Bitter beer with some sweet fruit and caramel and spices. Good hoppy biterness.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy reddish amber colour with huge, firm, frothy to creamy, lacing, white to off-white head. Aroma is slightly sweet toasted malty and minimally grainy, with some bitter hop emanating from the huge head, decent hints of dark fruit and chocolate. Taste is moderately sweet toasted malty, grainy, dark fruity notes transform to a chocolately touch. Sticky finish. Not to its disadvantage more lively carbonated than an "English" English Strong Ale.

From a 33 cl bottle. Nice amber clear beer with a big lacy offwhite/beige head. Malty, sweet, fruity, hoppy aroma. Roasted, malty, alcohol flavour with some metallic notes. Not De Molens best beer.

Bottle from Bierkompass. Clear amber/copper beer with a beautiful lasting rich beige head. Malty aroma, bready, some fruit notes, hay, Malty flavor, some alcohol, hay, metal notes, turns rather bitter, spicy notes. Malty finish with spices and some bitterness. I was hoping for a bit more flavors.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, marzipan, wild berries and apricots. Fruity, malty taste with dried fruit, wild berries, marzipan, candy sugar and a generous spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, slightly sweet. Tasty and very nice.

Beige creamy head. Amber to copper color, cloudy and not pasteurised. Aromas are mostly malty, some fruits and sweetness, alcohol is present. Tastes mostly like it smells, but hops are a bit more evident. Moderately bitter, herbal and floral hops. Some honey notes. Alcohol makes it a warmer. Medium body. Clean in its style, although not the best from De Molen in my opinion.

Note: 7/10
