Light brown head, very little staying power. Fruity and malty aroma. Taste, very sweet raisins/proons. Full mouthfeel. Very dark brown, almost rosy at the bottom of glass. Very powerful flavor.

Draft @ Basement Beer Bar. Aroma of dried fruits - a bit like christmas. Very dark but clear red colour. Slightly brown head. Taste of sweet alcohol, dried dark fruits and raisins. Very sweet, not much bitterness. Full body with an oily texture. Average carbonation with a long fruity finish.

330ml bottle, thanks to Benzai. Pours black with minimal tan head and almost no carbonation. Raisin aroma. Taste is silky liquorice and dark fruits. Nice but didn’t exactly blow me away.

Darker-than-cola brown with caramel-colored, 2-inch, moderate-fine head that sticks around. Some dark dregs at the very end of the bottle, which is attractive itself. Aroma is monstrous raisin, like a big 2-pound canister, just cracked open, Some pine, pineapple, and candy. Smells chewy (tastes chewy too...) Body is thick, syrupy, with a cool carbonation that is medium-coarse and soft on the palate. Flavor is raisin syrup, bit of herbs, and some burnt toast. Not as complex as the aroma, but the carbonation kicks in at the right time. Very nice

DroolYeast (361) - Aalborg, DENMARK - OCT 16, 2014
Draft @ Basement Beer Bar in Aalborg. Aroma of dried dark fruit - prunes, plum (It reminds me of some dessert my grandmother used to serve). Very dark brown colour with small off-white head, virtually none lasting. High sweetness, light bitterness. Full body, thick slick texture, light+ carbonation, finish is long lasting with dried fruits. Very satisfying beer.

Bottle from ’t Drankenhuys Amersfoor, 28/5/14. Black, no head. Choco malt and caramalts in aroma. Alcoholic taste, choco, some caramel again. Flat, sweetish. heavy. Not that special, too sweet and too much caramel.
