Bottle. Somewhat hazy dark golden/amber beer with a small white head. Malty fruity aroma, grapes, pears, apricot, woody vinous notes, spicy notes, floral, some caramel. Sourish fruity flavor, salty, grapes, apples, woody, vinous, caramel, leather notes, vingar, sweetish, raisins, some warming alcohol. Rather odd, but I like this.

8,10,9,9,13,9 - 9,25 - 11/5/13

Shared 330 ml bottle. Cognac-coloured beer, slightly hazy. Weird aroma, clearly woody/oaky notes, but also some floral and fruity notes that are difficult to pinpoint. Medium sour / lemony flavour, also oaky notes, lemony and slightly salty finish.

Inneholder bl.a. melkesyre og salt. Meget kompleks.

Bottle @ Pre-Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival Tasting, 2013. Pours cloudy copper with a small white head. Spices and vomit in the nose. Lots of oak, vomit and salt with a hot alcoholic and plastic like finish.
