Draught. Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. ARoma of herbs, flowers, spice and nuts. Flavour as well quite nuttyu. Sopa, herbs, flowers, light sweetness, caramel. Medium to full bodied. Herbal bitter end.

On tap @ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma has citrus, light malts, some flowers/light herbal tones. Hazy, yellow coloured with a medium, white head. The taste is light-moderate bitter, has some citrus, flowers and malt. Fairly dry and clean. Nice.

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2011. Cloudy yellow/amber - offwhite head. Bubblegum, candy, fruity, rubber, toasted, fruity, nutty, dryness, ok but light bitterness, light exotic fruits.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. As Op & Top Sorachi Ace. An unclear, golden beer topped by a big, creamy, off-white head. Peaches and lemon on the nose, I’d wish it being more pronounced. Peaches, lemon and malty sweetness on the flavor, lacking on bitterness in all phases. Medium to full body, smooth and dryish. A nice beer, sort of quenching, but I prefer the Amarillo dry hopped edition. Rating: 6-4-6-4-13-3.3. 110526

On tap at KØ-2011. Deepp golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, malt, fruit. Flavour is pine, hop, fruit, floral, spices. OK beer.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Rating #7900. Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruiy citrusy lemon aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter lemon flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is malt, fruity hop, spice and flower. Flavour follows the nose. Sorachi Ace is not my kind of hop.
