Excellent, i wish i could leave it as that but, toffee/caramel with a fruity aftertaste, peaches were at the top of the range. A great beer

Bottle, 330 ml. Into a tulip glass at home. ABV 8%, bottled on 2/9/13 Pours a deep orange/brown colour on the body, quite murky. More clear when hold against the light, but still hazy. Something more than one finger of head on top, off-white in colour, with good retention. Bubble islands and light lacing left on the glass. Aroma of light pine, floral notes, grass, orange peel, light citrusy. Taste of orange peel and citrus, grapefruit, with not so high bitterness but with a good long duration. Some malty sweetness that quickly gets eradicatd by the hoppy bitterness. Well hidden alcohol, only notable later when the beer has gotten warmer and even then only as a touch. Medium thin body, low carbonation. Dry palate. Overall quite good DIPA, classic De Molen

Heldere oranjebruine kleur met een aardige kraag. Frisse geur, fruit, hop, orange. Beetje rare smaak. Smaakt bitterzoet, grapefruit en iets craramel.

Firm dark orange and small ringed head. Biting and moreish initial taste, pithy and caramel. Really evenly spread sweetness and a nice richness as it comes to the home straight. Lovely smooth finish of warm light booziness.

Bottle, November Tasting.

Draught at Pibar, Lausanne
Hazy dark amber color with small frothy head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, a bit sweaty. Sweet, full bodied, malty, caramel, strong but balancing bitterness, very fruity, impression of Parmigiano.
American strong, very sweet.
Very good sipper.

Draft @ De Molen. Aroma is huge fruity american hops, big caramel and bready malt. Also rye notes and some candy like sweetness. Flavour is quite full and sweet almost cloying with a huge amount of big american hops. A bit too sweet for me but still very nice.
