Hazy dark amber color with small frothy head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, a bit sweaty. Sweet, full bodied, malty, caramel, strong but balancing bitterness, very fruity, impression of Parmigiano.
American strong, very sweet.

Sample at the London Craft Beer Festival 2013. Pours clear amber with a frothy white head. Lots of sugary citrus in here, caramel, bread. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Resinous finish with sugary fruits, orange, a bit of toffee. OK but really not very clean.

Bottle at Kent BF 2014. Dark amber with a slight haze lasting beige head. Big sweet double ipa with tons of nettle sharp grapefruit hop. Wow that’s huge. Even for me that’s just a massive dipa. Massive tangerine on the lasting finish. It drinks bigger than 8.2% if that makes sense. Not that it shows the alcohol apart from a syrup sweetness to the malt. Wow it’s massive. The sharp almost sour tangerine flavour is a bit of a stunner. Definitely unforgettable.
