Niemal idealne podwojne IPA. kolor czerwono metny brunatno fioletowy. W smaku slodowe i pozostawiajacy niewielki posmak kwaskowy. Pucha. Chmielnosc uzupelnia calosc niemal doskonale kwiatowo i trawiasto sie robi i tak az do dlugiej wytrawnej i subtelnej wytrawnosci. Alkoholu jakby nie bylo.

Pours a blood orange cloudy color with off-white lasting head. Citrus hops with toffee. Absolutely delicious, lives up to its reputation.

Very hoppy and fruity taste, heavy alcohol on the palate, very much like a US DIPA

Wow such a beet!! Great aromas which comprehend the whole range of hops: herbal, citrus, floral...all wrapped up in a caramel hug. The mouthfeel is equally rich and complex, lemony and dry, refreshing and highly enjoyable. Thank you, Menno: you did it again. You"re God.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2014

Aug 2013 - 1/3 pint at LCBF. The beer takes time to rise like a classic British bitter. Golden brown with a big head. Very attractive beer. Smell - pungent orangey hops, some toffee. Taste - more pungent hops and caramel like their Vuur and Vlam. Syrupy sweet and caramelly. Toffee apple. Sugar syrup. Mead. Orange liquer. Sherry. Tacky finish. Whew - a small amount is good. I wouldn’t drink a pint of this. Very nice but a bit too sweet. (4.2)

Oct 2013 - Two month old bottle, cold, poured into tulip. A hazy orange red with a small white head. Smell is strong pine and concentrated clementine. Body is medium with lowish carbonation. Taste is juicy orange to start and then pine, flowery parma violets and quite an astringent finish. The sweetness is a lot less than in the keg version I had, and the body seems thinner. This certainly makes it more drinkable. It is still an intense beer - nowhere near the monster it was at LCBF, but still excellent. As things stand, I think that this is under-rated. (4)

Draught at Pibar, Lausanne
Hazy dark amber color with small frothy head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, a bit sweaty. Sweet, full bodied, malty, caramel, strong but balancing bitterness, very fruity, impression of Parmigiano.
American strong, very sweet.
Very good sipper.

Draft at LCBF. Pours hazy copper with a lacy off-white head. Aroma is hops, orange, citrus, caramel and some raisin. Taste is medium sweet, pretty bitter. This beer smells great and the taste doesn’t disappoint either. Finally a Molen beer I really enjoy again! Long bitter finish, oily sticky texture and full bodied. Great DIPA!
