Ap: Hazy, orange. White fluffy head. Some yeast floating around when the whole bottle was poured, looks bottle conditioned (but I don’t think it is?).
Ar: Big hoppy aroma, citrus, pine, some bread. Really fresh aroma!
T: Citrus, tropical fruits. Some (little) initial sweetness which develops to a medium bitterness.
P: Light body, thin texture, medium carbonation.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Once before bottled as De Molen Citra, rerate 2016-9 as Hop & Liefde bottled 06/16. Bref: easygoing light APA with great full mouthfeel and natural carbonation and a bitter peach/lime hop oil cocktail with a thai leaf bitter finish. Down in a few gulps. Mineral traces, chalky instead of juicy in the nose maybe, dry in flavour.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Copper-coloured beer, white head, nice carbonation.
Smell is resin, citrus and caramel. Hint of wood and grapefruit, peels.
Taste is relatively watery and light, with a smooth body. Nicely balanced. An ipa which charms with its elegance instead of over-the-top bitterness.
