Ap: Hazy, orange. White fluffy head. Some yeast floating around when the whole bottle was poured, looks bottle conditioned (but I don’t think it is?). Ar: Big hoppy aroma, citrus, pine, some bread. Really fresh aroma! T: Citrus, tropical fruits. Some (little) initial sweetness which develops to a medium bitterness. P: Light body, thin texture, medium carbonation.

Solid pale ale. Starts with sweet caramel malt and grapefruit with a hint of pine resin. Taste is similar with a high carbonation and a smooth, bitter finish.

Bottle, Ship in a Bottle, West Kirby. Hazy amber pour with a medium off-white head. Lemon/citrus beak with a little caramel .Medium body, lively carbonation. Hop driven flavour with more citrus and a little sweet malt and grass lurking. Lingering bitter finish. Plenty drinkable APA that could happily be sessioned.

Pours dark gold. Clear in the beginning but became murky because of the yeast while stil leaving 1 cm of liquid in the bottle. Good fruit and pine with a bitter finish. Good pale ale.

Bottled from local liquor store. Cloudy orange-brown colored, large lasting off-white head. Beautiful strong Citra hoppy nose, fruit, some yeast. Hopbitter flavor, dry, thin bodied. Pleasant bitter finish. The beer could use a little bit more body, but apart from that a very nice brew.

Draft at the source. Pours a pale gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is fruity and sweet. I get a lot lf orange zest and pineapple. The taste is sweet and fruity throughout while it finishes with a soft bitterness. Really nice!

Golden color with a creamy white head with good retetion. Aroma has notes of light citrus. Flavor is moderate bittery with some resins notes. Medium bitterness in the final with a dry mouthfeel. Another simple beer from De Molen...

Golden beer with white head... Tropical fruit aromas...tastes malty, lemon, orange, mango... clean and crisp, very well balanced... bitter hops, dry. Almost perfect pale ale. De Molen always seem to nail whichever style they are making. Great stuff.

Massive white head, lots of visible carbonation, almost amber colored. Malty, very dry, with nice clean bitter hops. Mainly lemon and some pine. Taste is dry and mediun bitter.
