Pours an orange slightly unclear beer with a good white head. Smells fruity, hops. Tastes the same. Not very much tastes. Average carbo, thin body and a dry texture.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, as Pale Ale Citra. Amber with a small off white head. Aroma of herbal lemon, mandarins, flowers, caramel, pine. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Not as sweet as suggested by the aroma with my impression of caramel just wrong. Some crackers, lots of citrus, floral and some herbal and pine notes. Brief flash of bitterness. A good hoppy quaffer.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
4.8% ABV. American pale ale.
Poured out of the bottle with aggressive carbonation and a very full head. 14°SRM and a deep golden cloudy amber. Nice!
The nose had a fresh bouquet with citrus aromas suggesting tangerines Mandarin oranges and fresh pine.
The mouthfeel is dominated by aggressive carbonation. The palate is charaterised by light pale malt flavors. There are water crackers, and pale biscuits.
Clean bitter hops. Not too prolonged, any longer and it’d be an IPA.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Cloudy deep gold body. Frothy, off-white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, floral hops. Hint of grass and toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, moderate carbonation. Taste of citrus and floral hops. Touch of grapefruit. Nicely balanced. Juicy though a bit thin in the flavor department.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle @ Leiden, Netherlands, rated on 2015-07-22
Hazy orange beer with dense white head. Aroma and flavor have pineapple, pear, passionfruit, lemongrass, malts and grass. Palate is quite thin with quite strong carbonation and quite strong bitterness. Finish has medium bitterness. Aftertaste has lemongrass, malts, peach and grass. OK stuff. Both Citra and Saaz are perceivable and work well together.
