(De Molen Pijl & Boog) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a big tulip, ABV 10.3% Deep orange colour on the body, a bit hazy, with a small and thin off-white head on top, with average retention. Very sweet aroma with caramel, marmalade, sugars, light oxidation, alcohol, red fruits, apricots. Taste is very sweet too, lots of alcohol, marmalade, red fruits, apricots, malts, sugars. Medum body, soft carbonation. Okay beer, way too sweet though.

Idiosynkrasie (6524) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 4, 2016
330ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with very small, late awakening, creamy, diminishing, off-white head. Slightly alcoholic, minimally bready, pale malty aroma, hints of apple, oat flakes, raisin, sultana. Taste is sugary sweet, almost cloying, alcoholic with a minimally throat warming effect, fruity notes of boiled down apple, apple purée, pear, raisin, sultana, more balanced finish due to lately developing, decent bitter hoppy counterbalance; full body, soft palate, gentle carbonation. Uncalled-for high abv in consideration of constrictive complexity, richness and depth.

330ml bottle. Pours murky orange with bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity and floral. Taste presents a murky mish-mash of flavours similar to Pais & Vree with a strange lemon curd / caramel tart thing going on.

Pours copper coloured and flat, no head at all. Strong aromas of honey and...honey ! Palate is extremely rich and syrupy. Very sweet with a touch of bitterness skipping around the edges. Very enjoyable but I wouldn’t drink more than one of these. Probably great with a good blue cheese or strong camembert.

Bottle. Orange golden color, almost no head. Aroma has orange, malt and some alcohol. Taste is very fruity, with notes of malt, orange, butter, grapefruit and some lime. Rather hoppy, like an imperial ipa. Bitter finish, bit boozy. Strange brew, but enjoyable.
