3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Nate’s birthday, The Kernel. Colour is very cloudy orange. Nose is big sour citrous. Taste is acidic citrous lemon, yeasty, with some burnt caramel notes, but strong flavours work nicely.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasting at Papsø
Hazy amber color; big head. The aroma is light, grassy and yeasty. The flavor is sweetish, with cereals, and reasonable bitterness, high in the end, but noting impressive.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange, tiny bit red, beer with good size white head. Smells hoppy. Taste of hops is apparent. The beer is on dry side rather than sweet. There is not whole lot malts, or yeast aromas. This is all about hops and water. And such nice hops they are. Texture is thin and carbonation lively. Finish lasts a while, and interests me.

Bottle. Hazy orange brown with a large fluffy foam. Aromas are orange marmalade with woody notes and pine. Traces of marzipan with floral notes. Flavours are sweet fruit and toffee with bitter grapefruit. Spicy with warming alcohol. I’ve never had an even average De Molen. As good as expected.
