1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Big bottle from De Molen online shop. Body is hazy thin wheat color with a big and fast-receding head. Nose is sour, spicy, some wheat. Taste is also quite spicy up front, with lemonpeel and citrus in there. Just way too sour for me. Drainpour. Pity, as it was expensive.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
75cl Bottle at WWT III. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of oak/vanilla, honey, white wine, tart. Flavour is medium-sweet, vanilla, tannine bitters, grapes, light sourness, hint of acetone. Quite a mild beer, especially compared to the draught version which was undrinkable. Light-bodied. Separate entry is definitely warranted imo.

Aromas of vinegar, pee, asperagus, grains, yeast and light wood hints.
Flavours of medium sour, yeast, fruit like dried peach, flowers, wood, sweet sour, light spicy, bitter, hint of malts some older hops and spicy floral tones.

Low to no carbo, creamy oily mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a soft silky oily texture.
Way (!) better than the draught version. This one is even enjoyable...

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at WWT3. Poured a a hazy medium amber with a broken white head. The aroma is dry sour plus a whole load of things I can’t even begin to describe. The flavour is medium sour and not a lot else. It’s not a shocking beer like the draft version was, but its still a little watery, lacking flavour and somewhat disappointing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle @ WWT III, courtesey of deanso. Pours a clear golden beer with a small amount of white head on top. Well carbonated in the glass. Aroma is oaky, furthermore quite faint. Flavor is medium sour, well balanced and a bit yeasty. Quite ok actually, far better than I’d expected it to be.
