Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crisp. Fine minerally carbonation. Nice combo of orange and lemon citrus with an offset of a little salty brett. Very nice non puckery sour. Very drinkable, polished off the whole 750.

750ml bottle - shared by Chris - thanks! Funky bretty aroma, a bit sweaty. Flat body, just some carbonation that initially feels a little thin. Pineappley taste, some gentle bready malts, nice bit of bitterness, some other light fruits, and a gentle woodiness. Finish has a very bitter bite, strange herbs, but not medicinal. An interesting sour, but not sour enough to tweak my sour lobe. Does dry my mouth and leave me thirsty. Almost a white peppery bite later on. Don’t drink cold, and sip slowly to appreciate it best.

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell in London. Many thanks to Sr. Bois. Pours lightly hazy, yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Funky sweat in the nose, light vinegar and white grape. Light sweet flavor with rindy bitterness, sturdy funk, yeast and slick, oily fruits. Light bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Funky finish with bitter lemon rind and melon. So so - but a big step up from the keg counterpart.
