3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, first rating in 2016. Not the most exciting sour I’ve had, but I think this is underrated. Maybe it’s because I have the March 2013 vintage which had time to age. Smooth and round, pleasant sourness, some sweetness, well balanced. Not very complex when it comes to aromas. I don’t mind, because this is certainly the easiest and smoothest sour/wild I had so far.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle. Pours clean golden with no head. Aroma and taste - sour, very sour - in a bad way. It’s really cheapier to buy bottle of vinegar. Not recommend.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home. An odd one to be sure, was braced after hearing bad reviews on the draught version. Pours clear amber, nose is massive balsamic, funk, horseblanket, oak comes through, toffee, vanilla, taste is just too much vinegar, hurts the throat a little, nice oaky tart finish but the balsamic linger ruins it.

1.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 1/20
Very sour and very, very, VERY salty. Aroma was quite interesting, but tastes like an extremely salty vinegar. Undrinkable. I never throw away even the worst beers, but this one I just could not finish it. Perhaps it might be fine for cooking.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours clear light golden, with no head. Aroma is sour fruits, with brett and oak, as well as some strange notes of bubble gum. Medium to full body, with light carbonation. Flavour is sour with unripe apples and apple cider vinegar, as well as some very funky, and almost salty, barnyard notes. Sour finish.
