Very sour and very, very, VERY salty. Aroma was quite interesting, but tastes like an extremely salty vinegar. Undrinkable. I never throw away even the worst beers, but this one I just could not finish it. Perhaps it might be fine for cooking.

Bottle. Pours clear light golden, with no head. Aroma is sour fruits, with brett and oak, as well as some strange notes of bubble gum. Medium to full body, with light carbonation. Flavour is sour with unripe apples and apple cider vinegar, as well as some very funky, and almost salty, barnyard notes. Sour finish.

Golden golor. Aroma of brett, green apples. Taste of light malts, green apple, celeriac, mild hops and some light brett. Lighter than expected but still tasty a nice summer day.

Bottle from De Molen webshop. Golden color with medium white head. Strong sour aroma of tart apples. Sour taste with apples, brett, oranges, caramel, overlapped by vinous tartness. Not so tart as I expected. Good.

Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crisp. Fine minerally carbonation. Nice combo of orange and lemon citrus with an offset of a little salty brett. Very nice non puckery sour. Very drinkable, polished off the whole 750.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, horseblanket, and lemons. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, horseblanket, grapefruits, and malt, leading tona tart finish.
