4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 77ships (2156) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 1, 2012
Draft @ Borefts 2012 - black with a off-white head around the edges - nose is a blend of heavy peat, early - yep the Laphroaig blended with some sweet mocha and chocolate - taste is alongside strong near medicinal peat from the Laphroaig with sweet mocha, coffee and chocolate, lightly roasted malts and touch fruits - it is nice to have some Laphroaig - both sides are not necessary in union there is just some near medicinal peat thrown in the beer which is a sweet stotu - bit softer carb - lightly oily

On tap @Borefts 2012. Appearance is almost black with a decent beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, peat and chocolate. Taste is sweet with a nice hop bitterness. Roasted, peaty malts in the flavor as well, along with some coffee and alcohol. Very nice, especially when you like Islay whiskies, but maybe Laphroaig it’s a bit much for the well balanced regular Rasputin.
