Hazy golden pour with a soapy head. Nose is floral and sweaty - flavors of citrus and wheat with a tart/sour note.

Slightly hazy, orange color, huge white cloudy head. Aroma of citrus, cellar, wood, dusty room. Light to medium bodied. Citrus, fermenting fruits, harsh finish. Not wheaty at all. Does not impress me.

Bottle. Pours an unclear yellow, with an almost absurdly forever growing head. Aroma is hoppy, with sharp orange and ginger notes. Flavour is fruity, with a spicy orange twist, that finishes of with a bitter grapefruity aftertaste.

(Draught at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Pale amber colour with creamy, beige head. Spicy, malty nose with wheat, bread, hay and spices (coriander). Malty, spicy taste with notes of bread, ginger, coriander, a touch of citrus and a generous grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. A certain Menno touch makes it something different than a usual hefeweizen. Quite nice and tasty.

Unclear yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of pineapples, exotic fruits and herbs. A flavor of citrus, barley, herbs and yeast.

Bottle. A sweet aroma, a light touch of vanilla. The head is very large, white and foamy with a long duration. The body is cloudy and orange. The taste is very bitter and metallic, not so nice. The body is rather light and dry with a normal carbonation.

Pours hazy amber colour with large foamy head. Aroma of citrus, some vegetables, grass, herbal notes and distant wheat. Flavour of citrus, yeast, vegetables, mild herbs and spices. Quite odd to be a hefe, more like a wit.

Aroma is weird with vegetables, some peppery spices and bun yeast. Flavour is tart with cirtrus and yeast. Refreshing, but still one weird weizen.

Very carbonated beer.
Huge foam that busts your balls.
Haze color with no smell at all.
First is tasteless as well but soon it gets better.
An average beer that I do not recommend.

Flaske 0,33l. Gave fra Rune. Drukket hjemme 10 Okt 11. Veldig hissig men jeg berget meg så vidt. Aprikosfarget. Kjempehøyt skum - både i glasset og i flaska. Her var det ei utfordring å holde skumtoppen i sjakk til ting var stabilisert i løpet av noen minutter. Uklart. Tørr sitrusaroma. Veldig mye kullsyre. Smaken blir helt overdøvd. Litt syrlig frukt anes innimellom boblene. Veldig tørr. Ikke vellykket øl.
