3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 berlinoise2go (488) - NORWAY - AUG 18, 2011
Bottle (75cl) from Vinmonopolet (Vika), Oslo. Hazy, milky orange colour. Nice, fluffy white head with decent retention. Foam kept coming out of the bottle for minutes after pouring first glass. Aroma of funky citrus, yeast, esters (orange, banana). Body is light, carbonation is soft/flat. Taste is mildly bitter and acidic. Refreshing, but unremarkable brew.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 erickok (2371) - Tours, FRANCE - AUG 15, 2011
Hazy Hefeweizen looks, dusty and nice white head. No banana which I expected, instead I get yeast, sweet bread, some spices. Taste is full with a dry mouth feel, especially at the very end. An easy drink, but honestly a bit disappointing. Not sure why because it’s brewed well. (33cl bottle at De Molen)
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Benzai (4435) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUL 16, 2011
Very much an average beer. Hazy golden, orange color. Wheat malts and a little yeast in the smell. Decent taste and low to medium carbo and body.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Palme (2311) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 3, 2011
0.75l bottle. This one pours a fizzing clear golden body with a bif big-bubbly fluffy white head. From the second you pop the cork you really sense that Belgium-yeasty aroma. Also some good candy-sugar notes and grassy hops along with light wood, citrus, banana and some spices. Really aggressive carbonation, has a oily mouthfeeling and medium-bodied. Tastes mildly yeasty with notes of peppery spices, dried orange zest and perhaps some wheat. Ends really alcohol-yeasty and quite watery. Not your typical gefeweizen.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 Cuso (2708) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUN 18, 2011
Bottle, 0,75 corked, bottled Dec. 2009, from Bierzwerg. Hazy golden color with nice huge white head. Aroma of lemon, hints of spices. Taste, very shy, lemon, wheat, hints of banana with sour finish. I am little bit disappointed.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 SlovakSniper (2189) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 12, 2011
Dommage.

bottled, thanks to bu11zeye, straw yellow with creamy foam, plain yeasty aroma, flavor of grape bubblegum with a rubbery finish
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 rodenbach99 (2537) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 30, 2011
Trop veille malheureusement.

(750ml, bottled March 31, 2010) Pours a lightly hazy straw with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of wheat, mustiness, and lemongrass. Flavor of grass, herbs, lemongrass, earth, banana, and minerals with a somewhat dry, bitter finish.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Koelschtrinker (8615) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 29, 2011
10/7/7/7/11/6
