0.75l bottle. This one pours a fizzing clear golden body with a bif big-bubbly fluffy white head. From the second you pop the cork you really sense that Belgium-yeasty aroma. Also some good candy-sugar notes and grassy hops along with light wood, citrus, banana and some spices. Really aggressive carbonation, has a oily mouthfeeling and medium-bodied. Tastes mildly yeasty with notes of peppery spices, dried orange zest and perhaps some wheat. Ends really alcohol-yeasty and quite watery. Not your typical gefeweizen.

Bottle, 0,75 corked, bottled Dec. 2009, from Bierzwerg. Hazy golden color with nice huge white head. Aroma of lemon, hints of spices. Taste, very shy, lemon, wheat, hints of banana with sour finish. I am little bit disappointed.

Dommage.

bottled, thanks to bu11zeye, straw yellow with creamy foam, plain yeasty aroma, flavor of grape bubblegum with a rubbery finish

Trop veille malheureusement.

(750ml, bottled March 31, 2010) Pours a lightly hazy straw with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of wheat, mustiness, and lemongrass. Flavor of grass, herbs, lemongrass, earth, banana, and minerals with a somewhat dry, bitter finish.

10/7/7/7/11/6

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a hazy, golden-orange body and a dense, off-white head. A bit sourish on the nose, wheaty and with a fruity touch. Slighlty sourish flavor with wheat and lemon. Not much banana and cloves as expected considering the style. Full-bodied and quite carbonated. Definitely not my kind of weissbier. 110129

Bottled from Molen beershop @ tasting cgarvieuk. Hazy light orange colour, off-white head. Aroma is wheat, a bit of sour fruits. Flavour is wheat, sour fruity. Heavily carbonated. Ok drinkable.

[750ml bottle, courtesy of Bullit] Totally opaque lemon yellow pour. Thin white head. Really, almost frighteningly effervescent. No real spice or coriander for a wheatbeer, although it is a German-style offering. Some hops come out towards the finish. Sour though, rather than a wheat beer. Every mouthful blows your cheeks out with the carbonation [08052011]
