Bottle at Bruxelles Midi station. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of bananas, spices and hops. Fruity flavour of spices and hops with notes of bananas. Hoppy finish. Quite hoppy for a hefeweizen.

Bottled. Light amber coloured. Unclear. Small off white head. Aroma of citrus, herbs and light flowers. Some spice . Flavour of yeast, light fruits and some herbs. Citric. Medium bodied. Has a light citric fruityness in the end.

Colour is opaque white-yellow. Smell has lots of hops. Taste is quite bitter, and unlike wheat beers usually not very light and hot summer day compliant. Not my favourite.

ABV: 5.1%. Unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110129]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours hazy yellow with a small frothy white head. Nose is mild. Herbs, yeast and wheat. Mildly sour and fruity flavor. Lively carboantion. Quite tasty and fresh Hefe.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing white head. Tart, fruity nose. Light body, tart, citric fruitiness with a slightly perfumy hoppiness. Ends dry. Quite fresh but nowhere near a Hefe. 290111

Bottle: Airy white head, disappears slowly. Very light cloudy yellow beer. Smell lemon, citric, sour and light spicy. Taste is citric, wheat, spices, some yellow fruit, hints of hops, and light sour with a light sweet bitter touch. Bit too much carbo and a bit watery.
