750ml bottle. Uncorked without a sound. Pours a clear amber shade with a very nice white head and lace. Aroma of citrus peel, red fruits, caramel and old hops. Those elements best describe the taste too. The noble hops are very apparent here. Creamy and sticky mouthfeel with fairly low carbonation. Drinks easier than the strength. Seems to have held up quite well.

En smak fra flaske fremskaffet av Ole Anders, i Sigmunds hage juni -12: Uklar oransje farge med kremet lysebrunt skum. Snev av brett i aromaen, sammen med frukt- og kryddernoter. Mye alkoholsødme i smaken, i tillegg til bitterhet og et snev av røyk. Bør nok prøves en annen gang også.

Aroma has hops, exotic fruits and some caramel. Flavour is sweet with resiny malt, some caramel and fruits. Also hints of bun dough occur at the end of the glass. Quite unique stuff.

Spicy and fruity, vinous aroma: white grape, pineapple also creamy base malt. Hazy red-orange under a rocky, off-white head. Woody bitter flavour that is not too dry and complemented by tropical fruits, including pineapple. Some celery phenolics and and excellent, smooth malt finish. Medium body very high carbonation, slightly woody bitter finish.

Pours dark copper color with a large head. Aroma of caramel malts, some fruits and hay. Flavor of caramel, malts, fruits and toffee.

on tap at the new upstairs bar at zly casy, 13.10.2012, which makes me a bit surprised to see that it has been retired. anyways, faintly hazed amber with a shaving cream head; aroma of beetroot juice and wet umbrella; bloody, roast beetroot flavours which i found quite agreeable and a touch of sulphur; finishes with hints of strawberry jam on toast. pleasant enough

On tap at Zlej Festival. Aroma is sour and floral with mustard. Taste is very sour. Aftertaste is even more sour.

Amber with minimal head. Moderate malty aroma with hints of dark chocolate and brown sugar. Full body with a long, dry finish.
