3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours out perfectly as all de molen beers, creamy white head & orange gold body. Nose is fruit & spice, with a very slight sour/vegetal note in the background. Body of the beer is very rounded but it posesses a crisp clean acidity that keeps it very fresh, especially when a little colder that really hides the 9.2%abv. The flavours are very fruity with a nice spice note & gingerbread as the beer warms up. When cool there is a minor sour note but in a good way. when it warms up the sour note dissapates into a more sweeter fruited style with bready flavours. The great thing about this beer is the balance, absolutely bang on.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, at local tasting. ABV is 9.2%. Hazy amber to orange colour. Moderate aroma, just a slight fruitiness. The flavour has moderate "farmhouse" / funky notes, with an acidity which is more fruity than vinegary. Nice enough to drink.
