Bottle from De Molen shop. Copper color with large beige head. Aroma of caramel, raspberries. Taste, raspberries, roasted malt, light bitterness in background. Fruity finish with light hoppy touch. Delicious beer, little bit on sweet side, but it doesn’t matter. Alcohol is well hidden.

28th July 2009 Cloudy brown beer. Light dry palate. Intense rich malt and bittering hops. Some tart apple thing going on but it’s quite drinkable if unsubtle in it’s flavours. Rough and ready indeed!

28/05/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap).

Pour hazy, amber orange, with a medium sized whie head.
Aroma is heavy of berries, grass, citrus, fruits. Really nice, freshness and hoppy.
The taste is somewhat sweet, but like fresh fruits, it has some acidity to it.
Medium and fizzy body. Really a fresh beer, with a whole lot of fruits.

2009 Vintage/ 75 cl. bottle@Kulminator: very hazy, shinning, reddish orange, not much head to speak of, aroma is lots of fruity hops despite the age floating around in malt, a nice, slightly sweet malt-body with some caramel & fair share of yeast + most of all very fruity hops (tangerines, grapefruit, oranges,…), berries, tasted like American hops, even though it is Saaz, nice light to medium bitterness, nice
