3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm, 18 Dec 2012) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, orange peel, marmalade and black-currant. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, rye bread, citrus peel and a generous citric/resinous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Very nice and tasty IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
An orange-brown beer with a quite big and blond head. Aroma is slightly fruitfull, citrusfruits and pine, also some bread. Taste is medium bitter, pine, citrusfruits, bready malts, also some herbs in the aftertaste. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation, slightly tight to drink. The rye gives a special breadyness that differs this beer from the normal citrusfruity IPA, personal beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl bottle, bottled on 17.07.12. Copper color, thick beige lasting head. Aroma has cocoa, bread and light plastic notes. Flavor has dark bread, toastedness, with chocolate kicking in later on. Smooth mouthfeel, bitter finish. Enjoyable but not much fruitiness. Light aroma. Medium bodied.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice hoppy nose on this beer, and has a nice dark golden hue. Not as vibrant on the palate as I expected, but still a beer which is still rich and very drinkable.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Cerveza tipo IPA, con su amargor característico. Poco gas, aunque no le hace falta más. Queda una ligera capa de espuma y deja un sabor bastante bueno.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Bottle Shop Canterbury. Hazy ruby colour with lasting beige head. Earthy hop and some sweet candy malts. Good american amber style beer with that spicy rye flavour. Yep a decent beer. Some earthy grapefruit on finish from the cascades. Fine

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Beautiful head - it just keeps growing! Lovely lacing too. Very carbonated. Soft toffee malt with hop accents on the nose. Nice, warm rounded bitterness initially with a decent heft of toffee biscuit malt.A spicy rye finish. Not particularly dry or expressive in the finish. I really believe De Molen are at their best with the big beers and I prefer my WCIPAs with a lighter, less malty body. Still it’s decent.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Euston Tap, Euston 5 Nov 12. Mørk aprikosfarget. Litt uklar. Veldig høyt skum når en kveller høyt. Betongskum. Fester seg til glasset. Syrlig aroma. Mye kullsyre. Prikker på tunga. Ødelegger smaksopplevelsen. Oppfatter litt ananas. Svakt syrlig avslutning.

Slightly hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, apricot, tropical fruits and caramel. Caramel malts flavour, hops bitterness, light cheese. Quite thin body, short bitter finish.
