Beautiful head - it just keeps growing! Lovely lacing too. Very carbonated. Soft toffee malt with hop accents on the nose. Nice, warm rounded bitterness initially with a decent heft of toffee biscuit malt.A spicy rye finish. Not particularly dry or expressive in the finish. I really believe De Molen are at their best with the big beers and I prefer my WCIPAs with a lighter, less malty body. Still it’s decent.

Euston Tap, Euston 5 Nov 12. Mørk aprikosfarget. Litt uklar. Veldig høyt skum når en kveller høyt. Betongskum. Fester seg til glasset. Syrlig aroma. Mye kullsyre. Prikker på tunga. Ødelegger smaksopplevelsen. Oppfatter litt ananas. Svakt syrlig avslutning.

Clear orange beer, small off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet peaches, sugary sweetness. MF: too much carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, hint of caramel, fruity touch if not much, bitter hops. Aftertaste: very bitter, dry, some orange peel, bit grassy, some honey, sugary twist.

33cl bottle, shared with 77ships, Martinus and Tderoeck. Bottled on 17-07-2012.

Bottle at Ipanema Bar, Thessaloniki: Pours dark golden colour with medium white head. Aroma of yeast, hops, orange and flowers in general. Taste is more of orange, some caramel and hops. Medium body, light bitterness and medium carbonation. Another very good beer from De Molen!

Pours amber/copper with a 2 cm foam head that last forever. Rich hop aromas: resin, guava, apricot marmelade, floral, grassy ... Mouth is rich but not heavy. Well balanced, velvety, hoppy as I like. Aftertaste: a very pleasant bitterness remains, some hoppy notes also. A very nice IPA actually.

From the keg menu at Euston tap, half-pint. Huge, dense off-white head. Clear amber with a ruby tint. Dried fruity aroma alongside a smell of earthy malts. Flavoured by grainy malts joined by dark fruits and citrus shells. Fine bitter finish. Soft in the mouth. Medium bodied and well balanced. Good (London, 05.11.2012).
