330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with small, frothy, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally spicy and fruity aroma, some citrus; decent notes of resin, pine and grapefruit. Taste is minimally sweet malty, fruity with a citrus touch, decent bitter hoppy overtones, a minimal spicy, peppery, mint note. Just OK.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy amber with a creamy longlasting off white head. The aroma is malty caramel, highly bitterness, grapefruit, light plastic and pine. The flavour is very fruity and the US hops kicks in with notes of peach, citrus and grapefruit. Im not a big fan of the Premiant hop in pale ales but its very much in the background in the flavour. It has a grapefruity and piney finish.

Countbeer (4039) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - OCT 2, 2012
Bottle: Medium vast white to off white head on top of a light hazy almost clear amber nutty colored beer. The head changes slowly into a light rocky sticky lacing and is sticky on the glass. Smell hops, citrus, sweat, barley malts, ginger bread, hay and apricot. Taste rye, caramel, hops, weed, a hint of candy syrup but not that sweet, there is a light subtle bitterness, creamy, caramel, hint of sticky (dark) brown herbs, grassy and nice citrus hop flavours. Low carbo, soft creamy almost silky mouthfeel, medium to full body and a creamy texture. Aftertaste is rye, grains, hay, hops, bitter, green grass. Very well balanced, tasty and quit good. Wonder how nice this one must taste when fresh.

Bottle in Utrecht, post-Borefts Day 2. Pours clearish, copper-gold with a light, foamy white head. Sturdy pine hop nose, some caramel, dark and ripe orange. Medium sweet flavor with ripe citrus, piney caramel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, some bubblegum, toasty grass, pine, orange, tangerine. Quite nice stuff.
